The Donegal Travellers Project held a Christmas Family Fun Day for the Traveller community in Donegal, drawing almost 300 people to last weekend's event.
The day offered fun for all ages. For the children there was face painting, hip-hop classes and disco, as well as a visit with the man of the hour, Santa Claus. More than 160 children had their photo taken with Santa on the day.

For the grown-ups there were manicures and bingo, a pool competition and an opportunity to consult with a fortune teller.

The staff and management of Donegal Travellers Project were delighted at the high level of community participation on the day and wanted to thank everyone who played a part.
