A Lifford man was convicted for drink driving for the second time at Letterkenny District Court.
Nigel Gamble of Croghan Heights, Lifford, was stopped by Garda Marcus Down at Coneyburrow, Lifford on September 4, 2009.

Inspector David Joyce said a test returned a reading of 80 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath.

He added Gamble has a previous drink driving conviction from 2001.

Solicitor Patsy Gallagher said Gamble entered a guilty plea at the first opportunity.

Gamble was fined €250 and disqualified from driving for three years.
